Named after the 1910 total solar eclipse visible over Barbados, this crisp and aromatic blended rum embodies the character of Mount Gay distillery. The nose is treated with notes of caramelised vanilla, banana and summer fruits, joined on the palate by oaky spices and a light whiff of soft smoke.
