Didier Herbert operates 30 plots in five villages expanding from Premier to Grand Crus. This Premier Cru Champagne is made with a Pinot Noir-led blend that has been vinified exclusively in oak at Montagne de Reims and disgorged in 2022. The nose is greeted with notes of pointed oak with an exotic, ripe and vinous character that lingers onto the palate – creating a harmonious balance with notes of dark fruits.
