Product Description

An 11-year-old Caol Ila bottled by Elixir Distillers in 2023 as part of the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks range. This small-batch release was made by marrying refill sherry butts, which has imparted aromas of tropical fruit cake, raisin and honeydew melon on the nose, alongside notes of barbecue smoke, charred citrus peel and brine on the palate.
