Matured in a batch of just four hogsheads, this 10-year-old Caol Ila was bottled in late 2022 by independent bottler Signatory as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Displaying aromas of rich smoke, vanilla and seaweed on the nose, the palate offers textured medicinal notes with ginger, sage butter, lemon peel and smoky peat.
