Tasting Notes by TF
Nose: Incredibly fruity - apples, oranges, some lighter citrus fruit. Then some glorious fresh malt notes appear, runny honey, Minstrels, apple blossom, apple pie. Absolutely delightful.
Palate: Again, astonishingly fresh, fruity and vibrant considering the age. The oak is present but in no way dominant. Gentle and medium-bodied, with delicious honeyed malt and floral notes.
Finish: Drying. The oak becomes more assertive now, with a faint hint of wet cardboard and some lively spices. Great length.
