    A rather unique whiskey, you don't get many triple distilled single malts, also you don;t get many single malts from lowlands. Enjoyed the experience, worth to have in your collection.

    I was looking for an easy drinking malt with a bit of sweetness to it - and that is what I got. It's a very smooth whisky but tastes stronger than its 40%. There's fruit here - oranges, for me, and malt and caramel with a touch of sherry coming through. I haven't had a bottle of Auchentoshan in my collection for a while but I certainly don't regret buying this lovely dram.
