Very strong juniper aroma. A sappy pine character with a lot of fresh coriander and liquorice. Hints of fresh ginger, resin, violet and uncooked runner beans.

Very clean and soft. Again, juniper dominates. The liquorice is also noticeable, alongside a grassiness with tingling spice.

The liquorice carries through to the death with the piney juniper, fresh cut grass, coarse-ground pepper and spices.

Much more approachable than standard issue London Dry. The silky-soft texture makes this easy to drink neat.
