Received a bottle as a gift, one of the best scotch Whisky's I have every had, have bought a few more and will continue to do so

Incredibly rich for a NAS. This is sublime, mixed with an oaky Islay like a Laphroaig 10, it produces absolute heaven. By far Auchentoshan’s best offering, sublime.

My favourite whisky! Pure delight!

A beautifully sweet scotch, with a full body. Personally one of my favourites despite the fact that I usually like more smokey whisky's.

This is one of the best of the auchentoshan range. It may be an NAS, but it's so much more intense than the 12yo. Do not be mistaken that this is a light whisky, it's an intensely sherried whisky. If this bottle were to be bottled at a higher abv at 46%, and left in its natural colour, this would almost be a flawless dram. I've no idea how some people got peat smoke in this. Auchentoshan does not use peated malt in their whisky making process. The "peat" notes picked up is probably from the intense and active casks used for the finishing period.
