Product Description

The Orchard Cobbler, named after one of the Nc’nean team’s favourite desserts, features unusually fruity whisky made in the week between the distillery’s two main styles – one is released at a younger age and the other at an older age. This single malt was made from organic Scottish barley and matured in a combination of STR red wine casks, ex-bourbon barrels and a small handful of ex-sherry casks. You can expect complex notes of Cherry Bakewell, apricot jam, triple mint tea and custard cream.
