A sweet and fruity single malt from Isle of Raasay distillery that offers layers of sweet toffee, butterscotch and dark fruit flavours, as well as rich, soft peat smoke. Part of the Na Sia series, this single cask whisky demonstrates the influence of one of the six types of casks in the distillery's cask recipe, Chinkapin oak, a species that is native to North America. Freshly charred and toasted, the cask brings a rich caramel and smoky barbecue character that compliments the vibrant distillery style.
