After 27 years in a pair of refill hogsheads, this beautifully matured Inchgower is pleasantly thick and oily with a palate of pineapple cubes, foam bananas, and dried mango. More savoury notes of toasted cereals, ginger and walnuts keep things from getting too sweet through a slightly saline finish. A great expression of a distillery we don’t see much single malt from.
