A beautiful pale gold, Citadelle Gin Réserve retains the aromatic palette and the crisp vividness of Citadelle Gin and is enriched with a soft fullness. Extremely delicate until the end.
The fresh and spicy aroma of juniper, citrus and star anise are always very present to the scent as well as the taste. It is revealed progressively with subtle and delicate flavours of vanilla, flowers, cinnamon and wood.

If you're making an aviation with this gin you won't be disappointed, though I feel it may be a rather drastic waste of what is quite an interesting gin
