This is the third batch of Glenallachie 30 Year Old, matured in hand-selected new American oak, ex-Pedro Ximenez and ex-oloroso casks. This blend of wood harmonises with its heather-honey new make to offer aromas of honeycomb, hot chocolate and ginger on the nose.
