Between You and I explores the personal and shared experience of whisky — inviting each individual to discover their own impressions of the spirit. This edition is a collaboration with acclaimed Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, known for his innovative cuisine that fuses Nordic ingredients with French and Japanese techniques and philosophy.

The whisky itself has matured for 16 years in a combination of virgin Swedish oak, sherry-seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks, resulting in a layered and complex character.

We’ve intentionally chosen not to include tasting notes, encouraging you to explore the whisky without preconception — to find your own meaning in the glass.
