With over 40 years of combined experience in the Scotch whisky industry, Kate and Mark Watt bring deep expertise and passion to every bottle they release. In 2019, they decided it was time to create their own independent bottling business, driven by a simple ethos: whisky should be tasty and fairly priced.

This particular release showcases a Benrinnes single malt, finished in Armagnac casks for 21 months. The result is a dram with notes of custard, apple crumble, toffee, and shortbread.
