White Peak Distillery is one of England’s rising stars. Based in Derbyshire in a converted wire-works factory, they work with local ingredients, use brewers’ yeast, and source their wood exclusively from family-owned partner brands. This thoughtful approach results in whiskies with a truly unique character and exceptional quality.

This particular expression is fantastic, offering vibrant notes of white peach, toasted marshmallow, fresh pear skin, and honeycomb. Definitely one not to miss.
