This release is the first in a new series of whiskies celebrating the traditions that helped shape Irish whiskey history. Distilled on Boann’s unique pot stills, it combines 51% unmalted rye with 49% malted rye grown on the Boann family farms. Fermented with AB Pinnacle MG+ yeast and matured for three years in a Wild Turkey American rye cask, it delivers a bold, rich, and powerful profile, with notes of rye bread, fennel, and a long, generous finish.
