Laizhou Distillery is located in Qionglai, Sichuan, the historic first stop on the Silk Road west of Chengdu. Before constructing the distillery, the founders visited more than 100 distilleries worldwide, ensuring that Laizhou captured the very best practices from across the global whisky industry.

Guided by the philosophy “born from nature, live with nature,” Laizhou Distillery is committed to sustainability and carbon neutrality. This dedication has earned the distillery China’s highest environmental certification, setting a new benchmark for eco-conscious whisky production in China.

This Chinese Single Malt Whisky is matured in Amontillado sherry casks and bottled at cask strength. The influence of the sherry casks imparts a dried fruit profile and it has a distinctive herbaceous profile, beautifully balanced by notes of preserved plum, delicate florals, dried apricot, and cacao powder.
