Product Description
A rare single grain from the closed Port Dundas distillery, matured for 30 years in a single cask before bottling by Signatory. The long maturation brings a soft, polished profile – more elegance than intensity – with layers of vanilla fudge, toffee and creamy coconut, lifted by gentle oak spice and a hint of citrus peel.
On the palate, it’s smooth and rounded, with notes of caramel, butterscotch and baked apple developing alongside subtle spice and a touch of toasted wood, leading into a long, dry finish with lingering sweetness and soft oak grip.
