Highland Queen
Blended Scotch Whisky
The name Highland Queen was derived from the triumphant arrival of Queen Mary Stuart at Port Leith in 1561. The blend itself was established in 1893 by Rodrick Macdonald who had a passion for blending and indeed for whisky – within 10 years he decided he wanted to go into production which led him to the acquisition of the Glenmorangie distillery.
