Dom Pérignon Champagne is only ever launched as a single-vintage bottling. Unlike other Champagne houses, that release Non-Vintage (NV; 'multi-vintage' would be a good way to remember it) bottlings, Dom Pérignon is all about individual vintages, and so each release will be different, reflecting the characteristics of a single year.
