Spirits

Thompson's is the brainchild of Simon Thompson, an Englishman whose family settled in the Cognac region in the 1970s. He has created a range of Bordeaux spirits, including brandy, gin and vodka, as well as Scotch whiskies finished in Sauternes casks.
