Bold London Spirit is a tart cherry and botanical spirit, much like an Italian bitter. It was founded in London by bartender Tomas Lenko, who was frustrated at the lack of naturally-flavoured bitter spirits available. Bold London is made from grain spirit infused with sour cherries, cassia bark and 15 other botanicals to give us a tasty and slightly bitter spirit. Great as an aperitif or digestif.
