Distilleries De Matha is a subsidiary of Compagine De Guyenne and is situated 20km North of Cognac in a wooded park covering 1 ha. The area is known as Charente – Maritime. The Distillery was built in 1889 made of a wooden structure rendered in stone and lime plaster under a tiled roof. Since then it has been subsequently enlarged, firstly in 1904 and then again in 1906 with a distillery workshop. Part of the main distillery was rebuilt after a fire in 1941.

The Distillery originally housed 3 artisan stills, buttoday it has greater capacity to produce a range of fine Cognacs, Liqueurs and Charente wine production. Seve Feu De Joie XO Liqueur is a marriage of four fine Brugerolle Cognacs, wild cherries and orchard almonds blended to make a rich liqueur that has been savoured for 5 generations since 1847.

Seve Feu De Joie XO Liqueur is presented in a decanter style glass bottle underpinning its heritage from a company trading for over 130 years.
