6 O'Clock Gin is the work of family-run drinks specialist Bramley & Gage. The family sold their successful fruit farm to concentrate on making gin, vermouths and liqueurs. 6 O'Clock is a juniper-led gin but includes orange peel, elderflower and winter savory among its ingredients.
