Based on the gorgeous island Saint-Lucia, Chairman's is an unusual distillery of sorts. As the last sugar plantation on the island closed down in the 1960s, the distillers need to source their molasses from British Guyana. Their wide variety of yeast strains and type of still used gives a diverse character to their rums and which allows their master blender to create spirits of great quality.
