Distilled in Panama at Las Cabras Distillery, Zafra 21 is the work of Cuban master blender Francisco ‘Don Pancho’ Fernandez. Made from molasses and aged in used Bourbon barrels, it carries an age statement of twenty-one years. Zafra which means ‘harvest’ in Spanish was originally introduced in 2010
