The Lustau Bodega

We return to Jerez for one night only. Back by popular demand, we’re transforming our London Bridge Distillery School into a sherry bodega for a night of sherry, sherry based cocktails and food pairing on 12 June.

Joining us from Jerez, we are delighted to host Federico Sánchez-Pece Salmerón, Lustau’s Global Brand Ambassador. We’ll be tasting across the range taking in zippy, fresh manzanilla, nutty amontillado and lusciously rich East India Solera, and seeing how these can be used in cocktails.

This will be a more informal tasting, taking in a range of sherries, with a matched cocktail and food pairings for each wine.
