Introducing Ki One – Korea’s first single malt. Distilled at Three Societies distillery near Seoul, it brings together the cultures of Korea, Scotland and the USA to make one exciting new whisky.
Ki One Virgin Oak
Korean Single Malt Whisky
£79.95
This first ongoing Ki One release in the UK is focused on balancing the malted barley it’s made from and the casks it's aged in. Maturation in new American oak has allowed the whisky to show solidly spicy notes alongside the spirit’s own rich and chocolatey character, giving a complex and layered palate – the perfect introduction to the distillery.

Three Societies
Distillery
Three Societies is Korea’s first whisky distillery, founded in 2020. It brings together three nations, as the name suggests: founder Bryan Do, a Korean-American whose journey has entailed marketeer to gameshow host, Microsoft executive to brewer, and now whisky maker; Andrew Shand, a well-known Scottish distiller who started his career in the cooperage at The Glenlivet in 1980, and has since worked at Nikka and Speyside distillery as well as an independent consultant before joining the Three Societies team; and the people of Korea, not only the distillery team, but the people across the country who have supported the distillery.
World Whisky
at The Whisky Exchange
Since The Whisky Exchange was founded in 1999, we’ve championed world whisky. From being one of the first retailers to stock Japanese and Indian whisky, to recently helping launch Chinese whisky in the UK and bottling exclusive whiskies from New Zealand, Australia, Israel, Taiwan and across Europe, we have been spreading the good word of whisky from beyond traditional whisky-making countries for more than two decades.
