      Crystal Clear.

    • Aroma

      Fresh acorns, wet forest floor and vanilla.

    • Taste

      Slightly sweet, wonderfully silky, almost creamy mouth feel with vegetal notes (new potato skins) and vanilla cream soda.

      While the palate is smooth and creamy the finish is quite spirity with cracked black pepper.

    The bartender at Del Posto in NYC recommended I try it in a Vodka Gibson garnished with the requisite cocktail onions and some freshground black pepper. It was remarkable. Flavorful, full-bodied and with a long finish but absolutely no unpleasant burn. Certainly the best Gibson, if not the best martini, I've evr had.
