A long standing favourite. A full, deep but subtle flavour. Buttery, Biscuity with apple, pear and chamomile in the mix. Perfect with Boquerones, green olives and jamon.
Re-ordering as this has been a delightful re-acquaintance. It's a top rated fino with a bit more character than some which, like all finos is subtle, but develops well. Ready yeastiness with green apple and a touch of pear, walnuts. A firm favourite to come back to again and again
This order has not been sampled yet, it is a Christmas present but, as it has been a fovourite for many years of my husband, I ordered it with confidence!!
