A bourbon from Arkansas' first legal distillery since prohibition, Rock Town, based in Little Rock. Aged in small, new charred oak barrel for a rich and complex bourbon, the corn and wheat comes from local Arkansas farmers.

    Nose: Herbaceous nose with notes of menthol, eucalyptus and clove with a hint of cinnamon. 

    Palate: Luscious texture with menthol and eucalyptus continuing from the nose, being joined by notes of sweetcorn, fig and sweet vanilla.

    Finish: Long and rich with the herbal notes slowly fading to leave a lingering taste of sweet vanilla.

    Comment: A rich and complex young bourbon, which would also work well in bourbon-based cocktails.

    Powerful oak flavours and an earthy smell. Low on sweetness with a savoury aftertaste. Highly recommended if you're a fan of bourbons like Woodford Reserve.
