    • Nose

      Big blast of red fruits on the nose – raspberries, strawberries and cherries. A slight cherry menthol note, as well as strawberry shortcake and summer pudding.

    • Palate

      The explosion of red fruits continues on the palate; this is a full-flavoured sparkler. Definite sweetness on the palate, but not cloying, and remains clean and refreshing. Nice texture.

    • Finish

      The rich fruitiness lingers for a long time.

  • Producer's Notes

    • Cherry red with light notes; vibrant, fresh and stylish bouquet with an intense scent of rose; gentle, slightly tannic to balance the sweet aroma and grant a pleasant persistence.
