Sweet dark chocolate, toasted spice and balanced barrel-char and coffee bitterness.

This is an amazing show piece whisky, a wonderful gift and something for a special occasion. Blue label is for the Newbie, this for the developing aficionado. I suggest you open the bottle and let it breathe for a while rather than diving straight in. I would pour it and let breathe for 30 minutes. Otherwise, it can be a little harsh. That is what happened to me. Then I let it breathe, going back in was so good. It is luxurious, velvety on the tongue, it smells lovely and feels you with warmth. It is just absolutely beautiful, adding a drop of water does actually transform this whisky opening the flavour. Sweet and Chocolatey, put it on your wish list and tell your friends to group together a splurge for a big birthday (40 plus), wedding anniversary (15 plus) or a big promotion!

What mare can be said about Glenmorangie Signet that has not already been said hundreds of times over. I tried it for the first time at the distillery and had to buy a bottle. It is just wonderful

I bought this as a birthday gift for for husband as he enjoys a good single malt and I don't drink. He says it is a very fine whisky but not to be drunk every day. I hope y'all enjoy it as much as he does.
