Got this from my gf last christmas and i really like it! Unusual taste for a bourbon but i was really into the peppermint touch. Getting more of this one.
The label on the back says "it is a bourbon of uncommen complexity". That is definitely correct. There are many flavours throughout the taste and they are all enjoyable and none overpowering. It's a very interesting mixture of caramel, smoke, peppermint, almost like a single malt sometimes. Very glad I took a gamble on this, its definitely one for the collection shelf. But it's very moreish so I'll have to buy some more..
