Pleasant on the nose, getting werthers original, fruit pastels (the green ones), oat milk and a touch of fresh cut grass. This is a good addition to my collection and sitting proudly between my Ribena and root beer.
An excellent flavourfull bourbon for those who would love a strong oaky taste. I am a scotch guy but whenever I wanna go to bourbon this one is my first choice along with Wild Turkey Rare breed.
Such an incredible bourbon. Rich and smooth and with a great aroma. The addition of the charring really sets it apart. One to enjoy neat.
My all-time favorite bourbon (all-time being 3 years of bourbon drinking for me). I always keep an open bottle and a backup in reserve, but I stick to store picks. Maybe it's just psychological that they taste better, because they're obviously not single-barrel versions, given the fact that double-oaked is finished in a second barrel.
This is such a nice bourbon. I was a bit sceptical about it before purchasing but decided to bite the bullet and try it and honestly it’s earned a permanent place on my shelf.
