Considering the price this is most definitely a rum which is best used in cocktails and in this role it serves excellently. Even as a sipping rum it's not too bad, very light with a bit of banana and vanilla. If you're looking for a golden rum to stock your bar I can give a solid recommendation
It is definitely one of the best rums I've tried.
A beautiful rum.
Absolutely wonderful as a mixer. In Barbados it's the mixer. Can be drank on it's own, but best in a rum punch.
