Not only is it a good whisky if you are ever in Japan try to visit the distillery. I went and as a thank you for the visit they sell this in the tasting room for about £7 a bottle!
Very nice Japanese whisky
Very expressive whiskey. Smooth but full of character. No harsh flavors, but wonderfully boisterous and bright. Alcohol content is 50%, so the alcohol nose is quite prevalent. Don't let that fool you - lots of depth to explore after the alcohol fumes dissipate.
Got is as a gift from Japan! Love it! So smooth! Want to get more but can't find it here in LA!
I bought a bottle when I was in Japan a year ago. I like it a lot. I didn't plan to buy it, the one I wanted to buy was out of stock.
