A very nice friendly bourbon whiskey. It has some vanilla notes and a smooth finish. A very nice whiskey to come home to on a rainy night.
Heard about this from a James Bond book. Used it to make Old Fashioned – it was the best I've ever had.
Over the years it has held a sentimental and well-earned spot as one of my favorites. A bit of sweetness followed by a lingering finish.
I cant believe the quality of this bourbon! This easily stands up against some more expensive bourbons. It will always have a place on my shelf. Neat with ice is the best way to enjoy this classic, in my opinion.
I bought this last year in London. Made a special trip to this shop to buy it as it is hard to get in Australia. It is my all time favourite bourbon ... to which I have a strong sentimental attachment. I recommend it to all bourbon drinkers.
