This is an amazing cocktail!! Perfect for a gathering with light finger food or light meal. Must be very cold to attain the best flavor. Serve on a martini glass with sugared rim...enjoy!!
Having lived for some five years in Chile, I know what a good Pisco Sour tastes like. This, sadly, is not close. This is the sort of bottle that new expats buy in the hope that it will be just like the Pisco Sour they had in the bar. It isn't. All over Chile there are dusty, forgotten bottles of this stuff shoved to the back of the drinks cabinet. Try to find a bottle of straight Pisco and make your own Sours - much better and more fun!
