Sweet and fruity with fresh pears and honeysuckle, leading to stewed apples in a buttery caramel sauce and a touch of burnt sugar. A lighter citrus note sits in the background, with icing sugar and lemon sherbet pips.

Light and syrupy with delicate, crunchy orchard fruits developing to stewed apples with soft brown sugar, vanilla pods, nutmeg, and just a touch of candied lemon peel.
