An intensely flavoured grappa from distilling maestro Gianni Capovilla, made from the same partially dried Corvina grapes that are used to craft rich and dry Amarone wine. The grappa captures the essence of the grape's character, combining darker notes of raisins, pepper and figs with brighter floral, fruity and aromatic notes.
