Earthy, floral and rich, Bimber Da Hong Pao Tea gin has been made with one of the world’s rarest teas and handcrafted at Bimber’s west London distillery. Having been brewed and drained, the rare tea leaves are added to the distillery’s classic gin and left to infuse. The palate offers notes of sweet, floral tea, zesty citrus and lavender, with a subtle, smoky undertone.

Definitely a very complicated flavor profile. It does have a heat to it, but the tea taste is not overwhelmed. Much easier to appreciate if you have had the fortune of sampling Da Hong Pao tea in the past. Purchased two bottles, one as a gift. I am definitely glad I made the decision to purchase two.
Amazing flavoured gin. Was not a gin drinker until I tried this gin! We bought this after going to Bimber's gin tasting experience and it was fab! They also do whiskey, rum and vodka. Absolutely lovely company, really knowledgeable. Would recommend this gin and other products!
