    This really packs a punch at 60.5% ABV, so rich and fruity and brimming with spices. We had sampled their standard expression in the Cotswolds but when I saw this had won several awards I had to try it. It certainly tastes more mature than it likely is (3 years or so). Really a fan of this distillery and look forward to seeing them develop and grow.

    My favorite whiskey. I can't source this in the US so every time I travel to the UK I pick up a few bottles. Currently, due to the quarantine, I'm not sure when I'll be back so I'm savoring my last bottle by only taking a shot every once in awhile. If I lived in the UK I would always keep a bottle of this on hand.
