Product Description

This English sparkling wine from Sussex’s Roebuck Estates is made with 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Noir Précoce grapes. The wine was partially fermented in old Burgundy barrels, before a minimum of three years ageing on the lees. There are aromas of wild strawberries, white peach and rose petals on the nose, complemented by notes of honeysuckle, berries and cream, cherries and hints of plum throughout the palate.
