Product Description

A truly classic example of a well-aged Highland Park. Distilled in 2003 and allowed to rest in a single refill sherry butt for 22 years before being bottled by Thompson Bros. Expect the perfect balance of heather, light smoke and fruitiness emblematic of Highland Park. On the nose there are aromas of chocolate, plums and heather, with a backbone of delicate floral smoke. The palate brings flavours of cacao and chocolate and dark and dried fruits, again supported by Highland Park’s iconic soft smokiness.
