I love the Centenario and recommend it to everyone. It is not too sweet for me, my family, and friends, but that is because we are not fans of spicy rums. I bought this Reserva Limitada for my husband, who is a bigger rum fan than me, and he loves it! We only drink it on special occasions as they only made 32,000 bottles globally. As my hubby says, you can't really go wrong with any of the Guatemalan rums.
Where as Ron Zacapa Centenario is usually too sweet for many drinkers, This limited version is more balanced with controlled sweetness.
I purchased a bottle of this rum at the airport in Guatamala on my way home from work.It is the best rum I have ever had and is on my must have list .I wish I would have bought two because I cannot find it anywhere.
This rum is in a different league, yes it's pricey but we'll worth it. For me its the best rum I've purchased.
