Forty CreekCanadian Whisky
The mash bill includes rye, barley and corn which are separately fermented, distilled in a copper pot still and aged 6-8 years then blended to produce a ‘méritage’ of single grain whiskies. After blending they are further aged in vintage sherry cask to marry and mellow their flavours. The Forty Creek Special Reserve bottles released every September as a limited edition bottling after a festival at the distillery.
