Founded in 2014 by spirits retail entrepreneur Ken Lewis, the brand was born with a mission to combine the heritage of Kentucky whiskey making with a new-school approach to distilling that maximises flavour, including long fermentation, sour mashing and no chill filtration in its bourbons, ryes and single malts.
