A 10-year-old Bowmore for travel retail called 'Dark & Intense', fully matured in Spanish oak hogsheads to give intensely fruity, spicy notes. The nose is full of raisins, Seville oranges, spices and maple syrup, while the palate has notes of dark fruits, raisins and a hint of sea salt. This whisky comes in a litre bottle.

Rich bodied, averagely Smokey. Excellent value!
Value for money.
This is strangely insipid. Almost no smoke, but fruity. A misnomer, as it may be dark, but it's not intense. I paid about £38 in an airport duty free, and frankly, that's all it's worth.
It is the first time for me to taste Bowmore; the smoke tones are too strong for my taste, but I would think that those that appreciate smokey overtone will like it;
This was for my partner for Christmas, I bought him some on our 2 weeks tour of Scotland in our camper van in September on the isle of Arron, he loved it and savoured every drop, enjoys the dark intensity. Your service was efficient and effortless, thank you
